The Anderson Strategy Group was founded by Natoshia Anderson, who spent 20 years in education leadership going from classroom teacher to C-suite, scaling STEM programs that served 45,000+ students and building 50+ corporate partnerships along the way. We've lived the reality of trying to scale equity-centered programs with limited resources, skeptical boards, and corporate partners who say they care about diversity but don't always follow through.

My name is Dr. Natoshia Anderson
I didn't become a consultant because I read about education. I became one because I lived it.
Over 20 years, I've went from classroom teacher to Programs and Curriculum Director, building and scaling STEM programs that served 45,000+ students. I've secured $1.85M+ in funding, built 50+ strategic partnerships, and learned exactly what it takes to grow programs without losing their soul.
