I'm Dr. Natoshia Anderson, founder of The Anderson Strategy Group. I help school districts and nonprofits turn disconnected STEM, AI, and workforce initiatives into one sustainable, measurable strategy. I started as a mechanical engineer, became a classroom teacher, then a STEM program director who secured millions in competitive funding. Today, I lead ASG full time.

One Path, Not a Pivot
Twenty years ago, I walked into a classroom as a first-year teacher with an engineering degree and a mission: help Black and Brown students see themselves in STEM careers.
I quickly realized that great teaching wasn't enough. Students needed pathways, mentorship, internships, scholarships, connections to careers. They needed what their wealthier peers already had: access.
So I learned to build the systems around the classroom: partnerships, funding, professional learning, and the evidence to prove it all worked.
