I'm Dr. Natoshia Anderson, and I've spent 20 years building the partnerships corporations need and schools can actually execute. I started as a mechanical engineer who became a classroom teacher. I became a STEM program director who secured millions in corporate funding. And now I'm a practitioner-consultant who runs programs at YREF while helping corporations build authentic education partnerships.

Most consultants know business OR education. I know both. That's why my partnerships work.

From Classroom to C-Suite to Consultant

Twenty years ago, I walked into a classroom as a first-year teacher with an engineering degree and a mission: help Black and Brown students see themselves in STEM careers.

I quickly realized that great teaching wasn't enough. Students needed pathways, mentorship, internships, scholarships, connections to careers. They needed what their wealthier peers already had: access.

So, I learned to build partnerships. I learned to speak corporate language while never forgetting classroom reality. I learned to design programs that worked for students AND delivered value to corporate partners.

Over two decades, I:

Built 50+ strategic partnerships with corporations
Secured $5M+ in funding for STEM programs
Scaled programs from 100 students to 67,000+ students
Moved from classroom teacher to program director to C-suite strategist

Today, I do both: I run programs at YREF (so I'm testing strategies in real-time), and I help corporations build the partnerships that feed their talent pipelines.

I'm not consulting on what worked in 2015. I'm sharing what's working right now in my own programs.
